What You'll Work On
A lending orchestration engine that handles origination, risk, disbursement, and recovery for banks and fintechs across the GCC and South Asia.
AI agents that automate onboarding, underwriting, and collections — not chatbots, but operational workers embedded in every lending workflow.
Multi-lender infrastructure where multiple banks fund loans through a single platform, each with isolated portfolios, separate scoring models, and Sharia-compliant structures.
Integrations with credit bureaus (SIMAH, Tasdeeq, ECIB), payment rails, KYC/AML providers, and core banking systems across 6+ markets.
Our stack: Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, ML scoring models. We deploy on GCC & Pakistan-compliant cloud infrastructure.
How We Work
We’re a small team. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the people shipping the product. There are no layers between you and the decisions that matter.
You own your work: architecture calls, client deliverables, product direction. We don’t hover. We do give honest feedback, and we expect the same back.
We’re hybrid, async-first, and we care about what you ship, not when you’re online. If something’s broken, we say so and fix it. That’s the culture.
